Summary/Objective
The Warehouse Manager, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or production shops, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
Essential Functions

- Monitors and measures receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy of receiving reports, movement and storage of material, and transfers to service parts.
- Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures Oversees the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
- Monitors the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection; ensures receiving reports accurately report material received.
- Resolves discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
- Monitors the flow of paperwork from receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
- Oversees the movement of material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
OGI has determined this position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position for purpose of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (“The Unity Bill.”) effective August 29th, 2019.

Work Environment
Non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles that are usually associated with metal fabrication shops. All employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes within the manufacturing facility.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing duties of this job, the employee in this position is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. This position requires walking, the ability to reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop. The employee occasionally will lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No travel is required for this position.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory experience required
Possession of strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

The Fitter Welder I is responsible for fitting parts for OGI units.
The Stainless Welder is responsible for fitting stainless steel parts for OGI units.
The Code Fitter Welder is responsible for fitting and welding ASME code x-ray coils.
The Fabrication Lead is a working lead position responsible for performing fabrication duties while providing support to a team of fabricators.
The Plate Roll Operator operates rolling machine to bend metal plates using blueprints, templates, and knowledge of geometry and physical properties of metal
The PLC Programmer creates logic code for programmable devices, assembles and installs electrical control panel assemblies as well as device wiring and Point to Point.
The Testing and Service Support Technician is responsible for conducting thorough testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
The Quality Assurance Inspector has the responsibility to inspect, accept, or reject work performed in a particular discipline in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
The Assembly Technician I is responsible for making sure all parts are assembled correctly before passing on to final test.
The Painter is responsible for painting OGI units before and after work is complete to ensure is ready for shipment.
